These terms apply when a student, parent or guardian creates an account on bgt.com.ng, enrols in a programme or pays fees to Best Graders Tutors. Please read them with our privacy policy.
Your account
- Provide accurate details for the student and a reachable parent or guardian.
- Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has accessed your account.
Programmes and enrolment
Each programme page shows the session, schedule, location and fee before you pay. A place is confirmed only when Paystack confirms the payment to us, after which you receive a receipt by email and in your account.
We may occasionally need to change a schedule or venue. If that happens we will tell enrolled students and their parents or guardians as early as possible.
Fees and payments
- Fees are shown and charged in Nigerian naira (NGN).
- Payments are processed by Paystack. Paystack's own terms also apply to the payment.
- If a payment fails or is not completed, no place is reserved and you can try again.
- Refund and transfer requests are reviewed individually under the conditions given for the programme at enrolment. Contact us with your payment reference.
Conduct
Students must respect tutors, staff and other learners, follow venue rules, and must not share restricted learning materials without permission. We may suspend accounts that are used to abuse others or misuse the platform.
